How To Make An Italian Lasagna Recipe.
Lasagna is a wide, flat-shaped pasta, and one of the oldest types of pasta originating from the city of Naples in Italy.
Traditional lasagne is made by layering the pasta with layers of sauce, made with ragù, bechamel, and Parmigiano-Reggiano. In other regions and outside of Italy lasagne recipes vary and can be made with ricotta cheese which is lighter.
